B. Fanisi Online Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

1. Enrollment & Approval

1.1 You must apply and be approved before participating in the Fanisi Online Affiliate Program. Approval is at Fanisi Online’s sole discretion.

1.2 We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our Affiliate Criteria (see criteria document).

2. Commissions & Payouts

2.1 Affiliates earn a 15% commission on direct sales (less tax) and a 5% second-level commission on referred affiliates’ sales.

2.2 Commissions are paid twice a month:

Sales made before the 15th are paid on the 30th.

Sales made after the 15th are paid on the 15th of the following month.

2.3 Payments are made via [Insert Payment Method]. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees.

3. Marketing & Promotional Guidelines

3.1 Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices. No spam, false advertising, or misleading claims.

3.2 Affiliates may not bid on Fanisi Online brand keywords in paid ads.

3.3 Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and platforms' policies.

4. Account Activity & Termination

4.1 Affiliates must be actively promoting within the first 30 days of approval. Inactive accounts for 60+ days may be deactivated.

4.2 Fanisi Online reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account for:

Breach of these terms.

Fraudulent activity or manipulation of referrals.

Non-compliance with ethical marketing standards.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 Fanisi Online is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the affiliate program.

5.2 We do not guarantee earnings—affiliate success depends on marketing efforts.
